Very nice and very well taken care of. I loved the staff at 2east.
The staff was incredibly friendly starting from check in to check out
I recently went in for a lithotripsy and the staff was very friendly and everyone evolved with the procedure came in beforehand and introduced themselves and explained what their role was during the procedure.
Patient care here is phenomenal!! They have been taking very good care of my Dad! From the doctors, head nurses, staff nurses, aides, housekeeping, food service and cafeteria staff, all staff we encounter are friendly and eager to help in any way. I would have given 5 stars but the patient rooms and bathrooms are in desperate need of an update. The second room my Dad was transfered to the bathroom smelled moldy and the porcelain sink was scratched up with black marks. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the rooms clean but... read more
