The Barberton location closed. All patients were referred to the Boardman location. After waiting weeks for my file to be transferred, I was informed that I could not see the same doctor that I have been seeing for over two years at the Boardman location because they do not take Molina health insurance. The same doctor and same network???. The doctors and nurse practitioners are awesome but closing one location and leaving your patients to fend for themselves is horrible business.

Whether positive or not, we appreciate the feedback of our patients. We certainly worked hard to limit any inconvenience to our patients during the Barberton transition. Unfortunately, because of changes at the hospital in Barberton, we had no choice but to refer our patients to the next closest location which currently is in Boardman. In addition, the doctor who regularly worked in Barberton relocated out of state to be closer to his family.
