Dr Paylo and her staff have been great, understanding, innovative and very caring. I have been struggling for 20 years and even though I will never be cured they help me to get some relief and I am grateful

I've been waiting 2 months for a pre authorization. No excuse given to me as to why it's taking so long. I'm so frustrated and angry. I need to complete my procedure and can't. My pain level is thru the roof.
