Very nice, bilingual, and answer lots of questions.
Today Is November 7. I need help I tried to get an appointment. I have the vid. They will not allow appointments scheduled over phone or in person. Mychart isn't working and receptionist is lying when I'm looking at the page. I am very scared.
Front desk were immediately rude, i signed in and was not assisted even though they should know the procedure to register the person. They also gladly pushing away people to overcrowded hospitals and almost gladly stated it was a 2 hour wait. You would think they would CARE when working in Healthcare.
