I went there for an urgent care issue early in the year. Reason for my rating is that nothing bad or good came from the visit. Couldn't really find what was wrong with me but that isn't necessarily the fault of the people there obviously. I came in the evening after dark so parking wasn't bad. But I know during the day parking can be a pain depending on the hours. ...is this all worth a review?

I only go here because they have civil surgeon who take cares of immigration paperworks. So if you are looking for someone to do your immigration health clearance, read on, here is my experience: I had a total of 2 visits before everything is finalized. Remember to bring all of your vaccination record with you on your first visit. Be ready to wait for 15 minutes for your turn. Quite honestly this is a last resort type of urgent care clinic. They are not only disorganized but also lacking in basic knowledge. As a RN student I feel that the service is extremely poor. The charges were quite expensive and the physician somewhat rude until I informed her that I'm also in the medical profession. If possible avoid this place. Go to the nearest county hospital where care is through though slow.

I visited Dr Agnes office and I was sent a bill of $129 though I do have valid Med Insurance, for some reason I was told to pay this bill. I called up the billing department of Dr on Duty they were so adamant of not accommodating a single penny discount. I simply requested merely a $29 discount. as many physicians are generous enough to provide some amount or courteous discounts to their patients. but this office despite a telephonic and written request remained adamant and asked for full payment of 129 and not accepting eve... read more
