First rate doctors and staff. I went to Monterey Bay Urgent Care for an ear infection and impacted wax on Saturday and they just don’t compare. Dr. Wells at Doctors on Duty got my wax out in less than a minute, while at the other place three people tried for over an hour and couldn’t do it. Doctors on Duty is the best urgent care clinic on the Monterey Bay Area.
The NP and medical staff were nice but the receptionist could have been better. I was there with one other person that arrived after me and took nearly 4 hours to see me.
