I don't know who's the lady I spoke to but she needs to be fired! Unprofessional , rude and don't seem to know how to do her job!! If you going put someone on hold for 10 mins don't pick up the phone and say what are you calling for like I just didn't tell you my reason for calling !! How ghetto!
