Overall, i think the clinic is super convenient and one of the better ones in Waikiki. The doctor who saw me seemed knowledgeable and well trained. I think the problem is communication at this clinic: the front desk staff/nurses/doctors lack clear communication protocols. They sent me with the wrong number of pills and i had a hard time following up with the doctor. I just walked out of there after waiting for two hours to see a doctor. They weren’t even busy and there was absolutely no customer service. Nobody saying anything like.” Thanks for your patience” or “ We’re trying to get you in as soon as possible” no Communication, no nothing. However, They were letting a disgusting homeless guy with no shoes or socks on walk around with black feet just sit in their lobby that wasn’t even checking in as a patient and giving him bottled water. Best walk-in clinic experience on island. I would endure Waikiki traffic just to be seen here. Efficient and caring staff.
