The initial visit was thankfully quick but unfortunately the follow up was not so great. The DR forgot to prescribe my medication and it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone. I am now stuck trying to find somewhere else to get my prescription because my wound needs to be cared for. Very disappointing. Be sure to that they have your prescription ordered before you leave the office or you’ll be stuck like me.
We went in for my husbands terrible cough after already seeing another doctor in north shore. The clinic was clean and it was quick to get in but the doctor just listened with a stethoscope and said it’s most likely Vog(Volcanic Ash) from Kona and that it’s been causing a lot of people to have respiratory problems. They gave him a nebulizer, Steriod shot and some meds, no Covid or flu test and sent us on our way. I highly recommend the doctors of Waikiki. We saw Dr. Mark Causin who was amazing and the receptionist, Tomoko , was so helpful. At urgent care, we had maybe a five minute wait and we were very pleased with the Physician’s thoroughness.
Convenient urgent care downtown, fast and friendly medical services for traveling teen. Explained options clearly and provided quality, evidence-based care.
