I do NOT like having a Dr from another location performing my eye exam!! Health Care should always be personable & hands on. How do get to know your patients? How do we trust your business. Where are the doctor's credentials? Normally they're posted or u cld see the doctor's name somewhere. I don't know that my doctor fully introduced herself. No need. I guess it's all button pushing anyway. For what was done by the dr, I feel the ladies onsite can obviously push buttons.....& maybe not diagnose but definitely perform the ex... read more
Associates were very nice and helpful.
Could not get the exam. There is no doctor on site. It is all done online after you go thru all the testing. Could not get tested due to possibly the starting of cataracts. Waited my time since I was not aware no Doctor was on site. Would never have made the appt if I had known.
