I was very disappointed to learn that my appointment was given away because I was unable to confirm it ahead of time. The voicemail that was left for me never mentioned that my appointment would be canceled or given to someone else if I did not confirm. Had that been clearly communicated, I would have made every effort to respond. As a result, I arrived expecting to be seen, only to find that my appointment had been given away. 10/10 the women there were patient and kind. Being my first time getting glasses the female manager there guided me through the steps as well as her colleagues. The manager with locs soothed my 6 month old right to sleep as I tried on my glasses. It was a great experience overall.
Staff went above and beyond! My son is in the military and had a tight timeframe to receive his new contacts and they were able to accommodate! Kudos to the staff working the night of July 6th!!! We appreciate you!
