Annette was lovely! She was so kind and very helpful.
It went well. The exam, frames, and lenses were a little pricey, even with the discounts. Last year my exam, frames, and lenses were $300 less even though I got roughly the same price eye wear.
Great service. Dmitry in particular was helpful and informative. And he also helped with getting around as I had hurt my ankle just before my appt and was struggling to bear weight on it.
The worst and most unprofessional experience! The lady assisting me was extremely rude, and they were not interested in my vision care at all. They were not interested in my previous eye history, my concerns about my current lenses and the order of my future lenses. They only wanted to sell me new frames. Worst experience and I ended up walking out due to how was being treated
