Welcoming enviroment, clean and professional. I had arrived early and was invited to look around at their selection. It was not overwhelming as some of the larger stores can be and perfect for me. The Doctor was knowledgeable and shared insights on the exam. My sales person, Rachelle took time to point out several styles and helped me decide on which was most flattering. I look forward to more visits there for sunglasses next year.

The ladies were very knowledgeable and walked me through the process
Everything went fine with my visit and I got a new prescription for glasses. I ordered glasses right there at the Macy's location.
