Through no fault of their own (Macy's actually forgot to unlock the doors), the appointment was not rushed. The doctor took time to answer my questions even though it probably or her further behind. They also helped me get a reduced rate as I don't have vision insurance. I highly recommend this store.

Fantastic visit. After 30 years of Lasik, my eyes are doing their normal thing at 50. The doctor was patient, explained how and why my eyes were changing, and was able to get me a prescription for both my readers and my driving glasses. Great place, very speedy and caring. The saleswoman who helped me picked out frames was very knowledgeable and helped me secure a Macy’s discount.
