I left quite a review on their survey that was sent back to Lens Crafters. This whole staff and experience were incredibly kind and thorough. I feel extremely confident snd cared for. That all my options were addressed. Going to this Lens Crafters @ Jordan Landing was a positive experience all around! As such I feel that they should be acknowledged in some manner by their superiors. Really I do!! Give them cookies and a raise or gift certificates. Lol
