Went for a my follow up. Prescribed meds. Insurance asked prior authorization. It was submitted incorrectly multiple times. Got rejected and I got a letter that I emailed the front desk to forward to the doctor. Didn’t hear back from physician. Followed up with a message on her portal and she gets her MA (who screwed up the PA TWICE) to call and ask me what options I’d like. Dr. Bakhtari is an amazing physician. She always listens to you so passionately and explains everything in detail to provide the best care.
I am happy with this practice. My primary care doctor is very thorough Dr. Bar I normally see Suzanne Marshall, but for preop and surgery and such I see Dr. Bar again she’s very thorough and I’m happy with what she does. Thank you.
Dr. Bakhtari & staff are amazing. Patient care level is great, Dr. Bakhtari listens to the patient & she truly cares.
