I want to be clear up front that Dr. Garza himself has always treated me well, and I’ve had a long professional relationship with him. The problem here isn’t the physician, it’s the office operation around him, and unfortunately that matters when you’re the patient trying to get basic care. Waited 45 minutes for an annual checkup. Happens every time I come to this office. Doctors are great but the practice is poorly run. Won’t be coming back
********** PATIENT BEWARE! ******* They will accept you now, but if you change insurance companies, they will miraculously decide to not cover the service you got with your old company. I have settled a claim multiple times for an error on their behalf with different managers and 8 years later I am getting another call that the balance keeps coming back. AVOID THIS OFFICE!! I was previously seen at this office for my annual check up with insurance. Both the staff and doctor stated all the treatments being rendered is covered by my insurance. I was never even given a cost estimate or out of pocket before agreeing to the exam. Today I have received a substantial bill from them requesting payment.
