Been seeing Dr. Garza since I was 21 and now in my 50s can say I would never change drs. He is caring well mannered and always listen's to my concerns.
They gave me a blood pressure monitor, stating it was free of charge and only for the nurse to monitor my blood pressure. However, they later started charging me $30 per month. I've reached out to them several times regarding the billing issue, but they never call me back. Instead, I just keep receiving a $30 monthly bill.
I have been coming here for a while and it has ALWAYS been an unpleasant experience. This last time I made an appointment. I asked how much will everything cost. I even asked to check because I always end up paying more and guess what. I just paid $100 more than what I was told on the phone. AGAIN. Do not trust what they tell you on the phone. This will be my last visit here. My entire family such as uncles and grand parents stopped coming here a while ago. This places is EXTREMELY unorganized and no one knows what the heck ... read more
It's a scam! They gave us a blood pressure device and they said it is free without any further payment and it is just for nurse to monitor the blood pressure! After we went for the visit they charged us for monthly 30$ use of this device also they said they cannot use pull out the results! Now we have a monthly 30$ bill without using the device!!!!
I give no stars. The Plano location staff is not trained good they must have a high turnover. The scheduler bumped my initial appointment without notifying me in advance and the nurse filled out my prior authorization incorrectly. The nurse has her phone straight to voice mail annoying. They do not call back. Don’t go here at all.
