Once I found Dr. Ton as my PCP, I felt like I was listened to. Dr. Ton is very sweet and compassionate, GREAT bedside manner, and also very thorough. She wants quarterly labs, and she makes sure not to miss anything. Never really had an issue when I call to change my appointment, and my labs are on an app portal that is easily accessed. I like going to this location as hopping on DNT is much easier for me coming from Love Field. My husband also made the switch to Dr. Ton as his PCP as well!
I’ve always had such a positive experience at this office! The staff are consistently wonderful, welcoming, and professional. Laura Holloway, in particular, is fantastic, she’s always so friendly, approachable, and actually takes the time to listen. It makes every visit feel personalized and caring. Highly recommend this practice!
My review is on call holds which are extremely long to schedule or reschedule otherwise doctors are great and good at service especially Dr.Ton
I want to preface this by saying that Dr. Ton is an excellent physician. We had positive experiences with her prior to her transition to Doctors of Internal Medicine, and our concern is not with her care. I reached out a month ago through the patient portal requesting assistance from the office to help correct a claim. I have not received an acknowledgment or response but getting ads about their flu shots and cosmetic services.
