I cannot speak highly enough of Debbie Rushing and her nurse MJ. They both care so much and will go so far as to sit on GoodRx with you to make sure you can afford your meds if you dont have insurance. Lab work is also discounted for uninsured patients. I have been coming here for years and always leave so happy and appreciative that they take their time with me and actually listen. This place is one in a million.
Love Dr Bakhtari and NP Debbie Rushing and of course, nurse Mary Jo! They are all awesome and love this office. I've been coming here for years and won't go anywhere else. Saw a new Dr yesterday that normally works out of the McKinney office, Dr Pham, and she was great too:) Thanks again!
Worst front office staff!!! It took me 30 minutes to finally make an appointment, after being put on hold multiple times and to top it off- they hung up on me! I talked to three different ladies and was asked the same questions over and over again. Then, they wonder why I was upset. Now, that I think about it, I will be cancelling and looking for a different group for my annual checkup.
Dr. David Garza is the best. I refer everyone who ask me for a doctor to him.
1. Dr Desai referred me to a quack specialist who just wanted to gouge my insurance company and scare me into continuing to visit till I got a second opinion 2. At my last physical, Dr Desai asked how a particular medication was working for me. I'd never heard of that medication but somehow it was in my files 3.
