I was neglected!! I almost died in their care!!! The doctor didn't care I was in so much pain! No one would help me! I was the the er room screaming in pain and no nurse or dr came!
There's a reason they call it the band aid station...my friend went there for a kidney infection, after being there for 5 days after saying she was going to sign herself out they informed her she had E. coli. They had known for at least 24 hours & done absolutely nothing about it. About 30 minutes after they informed her of that they brought her lunch & there was black mold in the jello they served....never again will I step foot in there
I absolutely love working here. You can't find quality care as good anywhere else. And I'm not just saying this because I am a member of one of those caring individuals providing that care, but because my daughter who would not be here today if not for Doctors Memorial ER staff. So to all those who helped my baby, who has very bad asthma, breath again. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!
