I would go farther than saying this is ONE of the worst ER's; NO DOUBT, the WORST I've ever encountered. I went in with a broken rib. There was not one person other than me, waiting to be seen; Possibily one patient in the back. No real emergencies. I was taken back rather quickly, put into a room, and that was the last time I saw any person affiliated with the hospital. Two hours later, my husband and I decided we could do better elsewhere. Had a wonderful experience! I want to thank ER Dr. Keen, Dr. Vilardo with TMH family practice, TOC Dr. Oberste and Danny Engle PA and all the nurses and patient care staff from the ER to the ICU, to the second floor To the OR. So grateful to all! God bless you all and continue to minister to Taylor county! �
The Doctors here (Dr. Sofi Abdul) are EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and DEGRADING to their patients and their families. He has been nothing but rude and nasty to my Mother and my family in our time of great need. We ask questions to better understand our situation. In response all we got was “ sit down then if you don’t understand you have no brain!!! And no education!!! Something needs to be done here!!!! This is o e of the worst hospitals I have ever been in. I took my daughter in for a bad looking spider bite. We weee n the waiting room for 2 1/2 hours and then we’re brought back and told we will be waiting along time still so be prepared. This is the worst service I have ever had from a hospital!
Was a great experience, scheduled appointment for ultrasound...information desk ladies were very nice and helpful. Only waited 10 minutes and was taken in for ultrasound, she was very nice & professional, and we were walking out in less than an hour. Results were at the doctors office before noon the next day. Love this hospital.
Service was great an timing was also good great job guys�
