Total crap! I have an insurance they accept however they wanted to charge me $85 as “their” policy. My insurance clearly states 10% copay since I have reached my deductible! Just needed a quick strep test and a z pack. Never will I be back and definitely will tell all friends and family! You suck🤬Wish I could give negative stars👎🏼
I had such a smooth and pleasant experience seeing the nurse practitioner here that I literally switched to using them as my PCP now. It's conveniently located traffic wise, the people are helpful, pleasant and personable and I was in and out quickly including doing all my paperwork from switching providers. I would recommend them to anyone who values helpful and nice people who show respect for your time and issues.
I always get the best care at Doctors Urgent Care! I never feel rushed or that I can't ask questions! The staff is so helpful and amazing! Thanks for the terrific assistance today Lindsey!! I appreciate you taking the time to talk through a plan!
