I went to the ER because I was there yesterday morning with a horrible headache with nausea and vomiting and thank goodness for a Dr. Mathews who took great care of me and wanted to admit me but I was stubborn and went home and here I am again with the same issues. I got triaged around midnight and was given a shot of benedryl and reglan which does not work and I'm still waiting in the waiting room for going on 5 hours and have tried numerus times about what is going on with me but everyone just gave me the run around. I went to DMC ER with a horrible migraine with nausea and vomiting for 2 weeks. The only issue was the long wait. I was seen by Dr. Mathews. He was extremely busy but made time to listen to me and ordered a CT scan, blood work and meds. It was very refreshing to see that Dr. Mathews took his time and explained the results of the CT scan. He even suggested that he should admit me so I can get help with the pain. I now have a little bit more knowledge of what is actually causing my headaches. they're allowing people without masks to go visit patients that are dying in the hospital that also have covid-19 not recommend anyone to go to this Hospital and if you do go be careful and cautious and safe

Recommendedarrived late in the middle of the night, was in labor and was seen and treated right away. they're letting me stay extra days for recovering too! All the staff has been honest and kind and really caring about me and my needs ❤️

worse emergency room ever!!!!! how is it you put someone on a high risk alert and is supposedly up next for a bed but 8 hours later we are still waiting in the lobby?!?!?! and then the ladies in the front act as if I'm a bother if I have a question, never fails, everytime we come here, it's always a min of 8-10 hours wait, practically did a whole shift here

Was welcomed, the Nurses and Doctors made me feel at ease. They treated me with respect and made me feel so comfortable. I just loved their professional friendly staff. Three Thumbs up from me. My dtr was tested there for COVID 19 and now it’s been 6 days, we yet to hear back with the results. We had to find out on the portal. It shows how they care for the patients. (What a joke)
