Adam and Becky were great to deal with! I made one call and the rest was easy for my dad to see a doctor at my home. They answered all my questions and made my dad feel like he was their only patient.
We have tried to get someone on the phone for over 2 hours with no luck. Their answering service is the most consistent part of this business and they have been trained well on how to deflect the root cause of being unavailable. It’s a shame because “house calls” for senior care is huge, but so is answering a call. Service providers are rated on the services provided and the inability to communicate with actual staff is a serious business deficiency.
