Bring your own meds if you want them on time. Nurse practice act days ok to get meds 30 minutes early to 30 minutes late. NOT 1.5 hours late. Disrupts rehab schedule. No back up plan for missed meds, treatments. Cruelty told " You are not the only patient!!!" Or multiple times "I'll tell somebody" who??? No follow up, was anyone told? Missing treatment too. 020sat reads 91%

Tyler doesn't tell the truth. Blocks me from moving, when walker hit his toe I was accused of assault. Bryanna says I can't get meds because she is getting report and I am not the only patient, I can have meds when she gives them out. I said Laura should know. "Oh No Laura can't give meds!" I know she is administration and can find you some help. You need to hire your own help here just to witness.

Asked for a blanket, cold sweats. Recurved another sheet because Doctors only has light blankets now. "Am I to request a bedspread?" No, this is the only one, we just have the light blanket. Floor Charge Antonio doesn't tell the truth and say he is in charge of the entire floor. Is he sleeping? Says he's just a nurse on the other side who only answers the light. He answered the light 3 times at 5a,"is someone in there?" NO!!!
My pharmacy brought my med from Sakuda County, since it is not available here. He arrived at 5:30, the nurse took med to have pharmacy identify. Pharmacy said they identified and returned it to the nurses station. They say pharmacy has it. Pharmacy said they gave it to the floor, so I'm waiting 6 hours for them to find it. Asked to have pharmacy ID my other home meds, some unavailable in this state "no, the doctor has to identify"
NP soma ordered meds without checking contradictions. I am on potassium, you can't take flexoril unless you want bleeding ulcers. I am on Luvox. Luvox and potassium causes rapid heart beat, possible CHF. I explained my doctor never let me take even 1/2 flexoril, but doctors NP has me on 3 contraindicated med's
Worse hospital 6 hours they forgot about me can’t seen anyone but a PA. All the testing and everything was gone in waiting room ridiculous. Medical care in Augusta is a joke
This hospital once was the best in Augusta. Now it is horrible and basically a death sentence. The 5th floor is a joke and could have possibly saved my mothers life if they just went to check on her after my dad went to the front desk to ask for a nurse three different times Apparently the nurse was speaking to her orthopedic surgeon Dr David Gallagher.
