Have waited over two weeks for a MRI result to which they said should only take 1 week. I still do not have my results for a suspicious mass on my breast. DHR is a joke. They do not care about the people nor do they know timely results. I may be filing a complaint if there is possible cancerous or dangerous diagnosis that comes out of this wait. They also do not answer the phone nor doctors request for results. Simply replying back sorry we are “backed up”, suck a joke all they care for is profits.

This place never answers phone. Trying to make appointment for a procedure for my mother since last week. When they answer they tell you to hold and never come back to the line. This is a medical facility. They should be answering phones at all times.
