I got here 30 minutes before my appointment time (2:30pm for 3pm appt), and I was called in at 3:45pm. Not too bad considering how many ppl were waiting and I was getting an MRI which takes a long time. The ladies there from the time I walked in until I was finished were SO NICE and talkative. I highly recommend this place if you need imaging. All the staff are well trained and professional.
Got to appointment early and they called us in way past our appointment time. The nurses and workers were nice, and helped my daughter get through her CT scan.
Love the staff very polite,nice and friendly.
Disappointed with service … too many people scheduled at once. Customer Service should be efficient. Several people walked out.
All the staff was great made me feel very comfortable from beginning to end. I think my biggest feedback is why do we have CD form for the mri person use for the patient? No one uses CDs anymore. They should have USB to give to the patients with the mri images on it.
