Told me i had a appoitment at 10pm at first- sayd we can do a morning visit......came for 6:30am visit- doesnt open till 8am? Still showed up though- wont answer calls-idk?
Yesterday I had an MRI done. I have a very bad case of claustrophobia. They were so kind and understanding. They would ask for confirmation before everything they did. They even stood in the window so I wouldnt feel alone. I spent the whole time crying, but they were so gentle and patient with me. I would never go anywhere else. Amazing ladies 🥰

Very good customer service for imaging. Nancy helped me big time and communicated with me throughout the whole process from the time I showed them the orders. Called me with the approvals, the available dates, even when I had a quick question about the scan. She even called me to let me know when the results were ready so I could pick up the CD and readings. She definitely goes out of her way to helping anyone referred to dhr for scans.
I just want to say that everyone I have to do an MRI.. yearly it other exams . I always request this place.. it's very scary to do CAT scans every year.. especially for a head aneurysm.. they take good care of me.. fast and patience with me.. if I have to wait longer I will because they help me relax.
