Like many reviews here I was never sent a bill and then got a call from collections several months later. I was told someone from the office would contact me directly, no one ever did. I have insurance but I am not even sure they billed them. Frustrating, I always pay pay my medical bills on time.
Had a bill sent to collections for $299 in November apparently and got ZERO notices from them prior. Only learned about it after I received my bill from Christiana care. I am extremely pissed that both the Christina care bill is different from the bill sent to collections. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS, I had received zero notice from this company that’s billing me. Like the others here. I never received a bill for services, I have insurance. The collections company was helpful in disputing the charge, however, it appears there are serious errors on the originators end.
My daughter just received a bill from this Doctors for Emergency Services? ? stating this was the final notice, when was the first notice? I am the only one who checks the mail . My daughter went in for mental illness and attempt to hurt herself on the day this was so called billed and wasn't in Christiana hospital that long before being sent somewhere else outside of the hospital. So what possibly did this Dr Adorno do for a $754.00 bill outside of a bill from the hospital I'm confused and mad .
Yet another billing complaint. I received a collections notice from an appointment my wife had 7 months prior. I had to google "Doctors For Emergency Services" to try to figure out who we owed and why. We pay, and file any/all bills the day they are received. The emergency room visit connected with this "walk-in" was paid in full (to Christiana Care) months ago. The collections agency formatted our address in a non-standardized way.
