They don’t answer the phone, it rings and rings and then I am told by the computer to call back later. Tried making an appointment and the phone was answered by some guy who sounded like he is in India, some third party. He asked for my name. No thanks I will try calling some other time. Unbelievable how hard it is to get in touch with these people.
