We used them for years and always had faith in them. Clearly they are in need of money because we told them numerous times that my daughter very rarely wears her contacts and yet they decided without asking to do a contact exam like it was part of her eye exam. When we went to leave we were charged $69 for this portion that the tech knew was not covered by my insurance. She should have asked when we said that she almost never wears contacts because we would have declined. This was a very underhanded move. Very disappointing.
I'm not one who is easily impressed, but I must say this office and staff gets my vote. Friendly, thorough and I couldn't ask a stupid question. Yes, I'll be back!
Dr. LeSage and staff are amazing. I have been a patient for at least a decade, and now my children are patients. I would highly recommend their office!
Dr. Underhill and his Staff are the best! I have been going to them for years and he is the Best, and takes so much time to help you. I have the mono vision lenses and had it not been for him giving me the confidence that I could wear them I never would have tried. I have been wearing the mono vision since I was in my 40's and still wearing them in my 60's. Yesterday he tweaked them for me and they are great! Thank you all for your dedication!
