the nurses are rude & if your not dieing they wount treat you unless you pay 1st!! I hurt my back & couldnt move & I have no insurance so they wanted $300 b4 they would even see me! I dont carry that kinda money around so I had to leave (still unable to move)
I was in Dallas on business and wasn't feeling well and I knew I needed to see a doctor before I got home. I found Doctors Express on the internet and decided to see if they could help. Not being familiar with the Dallas area, I called their office and asked for directions from my hotel. All the benefits of a traditional doctor's office without the hassle. Beautiful clean facility where you can park right outside the front door and can walk in without an appointment. They accept insurance, and the doctors aren't just MD's, they're board-certified. MUCH broader range of service offerings than the store-front "doc-in-the-box" locations. I'm thoroughly impressed.
My son got really sick on a Sunday and I was paniced about where to take him and not the ER. The doctor here is a saint! They stayed open late for us and were so nice to us. We wont forget it.
Slow service, rude people, incompetent doctors.
I was in need of urgent care and found Doctors Express on YP.com. It is a very nice facility and the staff and doctor were great. I was in and out is a short time and I was treated very well. Also much cheaper than going to the emergency room. Overall this was a very good experience for going to the doctor.
