Currently going on AN HOUR past my appointment time just sitting in the exam room. No word on why, just silence. I do expect my clinic to value my time as much as I value theirs.
My Nurse and Dr were fabulous Very attentive to my needs and helpful in getting me back to good health
The emergency room is crap.you wait around for over an hour be for u even get seen
For the last year my review has been a five star, and my communication today I may as well go back to the Marshfield Clinic. At least I'll know I'm safe! From exposing people to contagious conditions, to having people who work in infection control who don't give a flying fig about what you need to say.
just went to Houghton, MI Aspirus. Was there on Sat and they told me to go to Emergency at UP Health. Today they said they were to busy, make an appt. WTF. I have been with Aspirus for years and this is the kind of treatment anyone should get. UGHHH minus 20,000 is my rating.
