Following my recent hip replacement surgery, my surgeon arranged for 3 weeks of a visiting nurse and a PT person through Doctors' Choice Home Health in Woodland Hills. My case manager, Danielle, my visiting nurse, Ashton, and my PT person, Steve, were each outstanding. They were prompt to appointments, courteous, helpful and informative during their visits with me.
