My one-star is about using a map app to get there. 391 Serpentine is a parking lot around some small bldg with an 8-foot fence separating it from the Doctor's Center. The working address appears to be 391 Pearl Street. What a bunch of nonsense. It's taken a few visits to figure out the problem.
The Staff is Awesome and Gail is Amazing!!
Horrible place. Staff definitely doesn't know how to schedule nor understand that they aren't the only ones working during the pandemic. Will give you the complete run around and then pass the blame of scheduling mistakes on each other hoping to make you go away.
