If you have an appt to get a C19 vaccine at the Doctors Care Aiken Mall, prepare to wait. I don’t know if they are understaffed or totally unorganized but they are not timely with appointments at all. I have heard such good reviews of other facilities being quick and organized administering the vaccine. Not Doctors Care Aiken Mall.
Total disorganization with their COVID vaccine distribution. DO NOT go here if you can at all help it....unless waiting HOURS after your appointment is your thing. So thankful I got mine elsewhere and it was an easy process, but I am so sorry for everyone scheduled at this location.
This is the absolute worst doctors care imaginable. The girl at the desk has no business dealing with the public. I waited days on my results to be emailed only to find out my information was never even submitted. I was labeled non symptomatic with a fever and multiple other symptoms. Save your time, money, and patience. This place is TERRIBLE !!
Still waiting (an hour and half so far) to take a urinalysis. *Arrived at 11:25 and was seen at 2:35 for a 10min employer-mandated urinalysis/blood alcohol screening.

This used to be a nice place. I tried to stop for a simple flu shot but they wanted me to sit in the car for two hours and wait. The app you have to fill out while waiting does not work. The Stormtroopers working the desk treat you like dirt.
What a waste of time. After waiting for the text telling me that they "could see me now". They have me wait another 30 minutes while other patients are coming in and then ignore me another 15 minutes. So, I walk out, as I am leaving a different person ask "if they can help me"? WTF was the point of texting me in the first place? DO NOT GO HERE FOR HELP!!!

Went for a Covid test after an exposure and having symptoms. After blood pressure, temp and weight was taken the tech walked out of the room. Twenty minutes later the doctor walked in and said your test is negative. A test was NEVER done! One would remember if a swab was shoved up their nose!! But they told me I don't remember.
