I set an appointment. Don’t bother walk in is the same. The wait time was still almost 3 hours, website is misleading. Dr did fine, I knew she had the flu just wanted the flu meds. The 2 stars was for charges. I was charged $30 and my copay is $20 I didn’t say anything just paid it. Figured maybe because it was urgent care. When I checked my insurance bill, Nope should have been $20 I had to call them to fix this issue. Waiting for refund $10 isn’t much it’s more the principal.
