Went in with flu like symptoms. After multiple tests I was sent to the ER because "we know something is wrong but can't figure out exactly what." I was sent out the door with nothing but a $400 bill. I will never be using Doctors Care again.
I have a simple drug test! I use doctors care all the time and I’ve never waited this long for something so simple. And they don’t care. I have to use the restroom and they keep telling me wait , this makes no sense! Worse doctors care visit ever !
Been here over a hour and have not seen anyone. I got here when they opened up only 2 people waiting when I walked in.
I had written yesterday but don’t see my review. From the phone call I made first office staff was less than hospitable. Then when I came in I was told I needed a referral by fax. I have never seen someone so rude. She TOLD me it was my job to get that fax. Sadly she was training someone to also be rude. In the end I didn’t need a fax. I have Tricare. I needed to pay a $12 copay and that was the end of it. That was done at Med care instead. This is a bad reflection on their entire facility. She needs a new job. Not in health... read more

Live in Longcreek Plantation less than 10 minutes from this location. Called your office at 4:45 PM today at which time my husband was on his way with a severe laceration on the underside of his foot (waiting now at MedCare on Two Notch to see about stitches). When we spoke at on the phone Diana hemmed and hawed, but told me that as long as he was there before they locked the doors at 5:00 he would be seen. I rarely have to wait more than 20 minutes for someone to walk me back. The front staff is professional and polite, I love their NP, and Dr. Lance. When I get sick, I want to be in, out and done. I get the treatment I need to get me back on my feet. Thank you!
