I scheduled an appointment online for the Hope Ferry location on Saturday 7/12/2025 - a day I won't soon forget. The system allowed me to do so. I drove to Hope Ferry and was then told that there was no doctor on site and I would have to go to the Lexington West location. I drove directly to Lexington West. this was the worse expierce ive ever had i was very ill and the lady at the front desk was very rude to me and also pther pts in the waiting room after waiting an hour and getting nothing but attitude from this young lady i left and went to another drs care

After being billed for services not rendered I visited the Moncks Corner Doctors Care on 1/24/25 to discuss and hopefully remedy the situation. However, after a promise that the office manager would assist me and after nearly 40 minutes of waiting, I respectfully re-approached a staff member working the desk area to request that someone please remind the office manager that I was still waiting to discuss the situation. Went to Doctors Care June 12. Had culture done that never came back. I had to have surgery because of infection. Called to get results after 7 days. Nurse hung up and refused to find out about culture even though hospitalist requested it. Turns out my information was not submitted correctly on culture and form to have Quest complete the culture not completed until after the culture was no good.

I had a wonderful experience with the staff who were all fantastic and highly knowledgeable. They made me feel really good during my visit, and Stacey, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort during the examination.

Just wanted to take a minute to praise the Georgetown Doctors Care staff for how well they all work as a team. These people are human beings too just like all of us who very selflessly serve people all day long so to make sure they have the best care they can get! I also want to remind patients that it takes a while to get everyone's information into any computer system!
