I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. Horrible – I took my son last week to Doctors Care because he was coughing. We waited for 3 hours. No joke. Once we got back in a room the doctor (not mentioning any names) came in and spent 2 minutes with him. The doctor acted like he had somewhere else he had to be and could have cared less about examining my son. He told me he would call in a prescription to the pharmacy I use. When we got to the pharmacy, they told me that he did call in medicine--OVER THE COUNTER ALLERGY MEDICATION! I was livid. We will NEVER go back to... read more

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me
