I would not give then 1star, but I had no choice. My daughter received her work physical from the Two Notch location. It was signed by an NP. She needed it to be signed by an MD. When I called and explained the clerk put me on the phone with the NP. The NP was rude like I had offended her. She said we would have to come in and get another physical and that for every location I needed to give a physical to, I had to come get a new physical and pay another fee. I don’t even want to leave a star. I will never go back here and I would never refer them to anybody. Just go to urgent care or the hospital, or if you have throat pain just go to the ENT. These people only know how to test for strep throat and that’s it. I came here twice in one week. First time I told them out my mouth, not knowing what was in the back of my throat fr that I had white sore on the back of my throat.
