Long wait times, doctor only spends time with you for about a minute after you have waited 2 hours. Called to get my medical records & bill, was told to wait 15 minutes and they would be sent to me. Never received them, so called back today and was told that they only send them through the website all of a sudden. Why have the line option over the phone for medical records & billing, if you can’t use it?
I had a very short wait until I was seen by a nurse and taken for X-rays. The doctor came to talk with me about my injury and help me understand what would happen next.
