I Don’t usually write reviews, but kellie at the front desk absolutely deserves a shout out. From the moment i walked into novant in east blackstock she set the tone. She told me she usually works at mauldin urgent care. She is courteous, professional and so sweet. Check in can be stressful especially since my last appointment and i wasnt feeling my best. Kellie paradiso was the receptionist that helped me at mauldin. She is phenomenal and I was here for pre employment testing. The lobby was full but she got me in and seen quickly and processed all my paperwork privately. I also talked with her about some personal issues I’m experiencing and she listened with such compassion and empathy, which is hard to come by. I came to novant health to get a pre employment test done. Kellie was the person that checked me in, and she was so phenomenal. She was so professional and kind to me. She even helped me with technical issues when sending my paper work. She ensured I was seen quickly and my information was accurate. I truly appreciate her and had a wonderful experience coming here. I was seen at the Berea location. Kellie paradiso was the front desk receptionist. She was so incredibly professional and patient with me, she was very informative, and took my privacy very seriously. She handled my issue from the second I called her on the phone to when I got the the center. She was so helpful. She also was very professional with her colleagues and made sure to discuss my case privately and quietly.
