Went for a Covid test after an exposure and having symptoms. After blood pressure, temp and weight was taken the tech walked out of the room. Twenty minutes later the doctor walked in and said your test is negative. A test was NEVER done! One would remember if a swab was shoved up their nose!! But they told me I don't remember. After raising hell a test was done and in less than 5 minutes I was given the same result. Of course it's negative! You're not going to admit your mistake. This place is a joke and a rip-off!! sit in my car for 1 hour just to be told i had the wrong insurance card. The receptionist would not call and get the new number just sent me on my way. This is the worst place I have ever gone to for medical help. I would never go there again or recommend this place to anyone who lives in Florence SC. Bad customer service.

Took my child here for a knee injury. He is 6.. unable to bear weight. Very unprofessional staff. Not child friendly at all. Miss diagnosed his xray.. said no broken bones. I had it read by another radiologist who informed me he has an obvious fracture! Don't go here.
