My daughter broke her leg, they didn’t have any wheel chairs and had to push her to get X-ray in an office chair. They didn’t explain anything just gave her a boot and crutches and said we need to see orthopedic. Than when we went home they prescribed some meds and said to call if she is having pain. She couldn’t sleep has been in a lot of pain so we called at 9am they said they’d have someone call back didn’t hear from them so we called back around 2pm. RecommendedShort wait compared to others. Staff was efficient and thorough.
Start by seeing 5 year old patients and not locking them out when you know they are on their way. We walked up at 4:59... and the doors were locked! Only to be verbally abused by staff when We knocked on the door, telling us the Dr would not see our child. Hippocratic oath? Nope! Hippocritical? Yes! Disgusting to deal with you! You should be ashamed of yourselves for failing to provide care as you swore to do when you became a Dr!
We were visiting from TN and my 12 year old ended up with sudden severe ear pain due to an inner ear infection and on a Sunday to beat it all. Doctor's Care was the only nearby place open, so that's where we went. The front office staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. The NP we seen was so professional and sweet to him. And the whole process from walk in to check out only took maybe an hour if that, very quick service. The staff there was much more pleasant than back home. The staff and doctors were absolutely amazing!
Our third vacation to the Island and our 3rd trip to Doctor's care(sigh) - this time for a stingray sting. They were very prompt and compassionate to my 12 year old with processing issues. Took great care of us. Thank you!
Don't arrive 10 minutes before they close. They will literally lock the door as you're walking up and then not answer the phone.
A long wait- check in online if you can but our doctor was amazing so the wait didn't matter.
Had to visit twice this trip � Both times friendly, efficient care. Glad to know they're so close to resort. On-line checkin is a plus!�
