Simply came for a drug screen and they make you wait in the urgent care queue, when all I needed to do was urinate in a cup. When asked how long it would be I was told “no idea how long it would be”… again all I needed to do is a drug screen. Crazy there is zero estimate on time. There has to be a better method than having a healthy person sit in the urgent care waiting room, just to pee in a cup.

My doctors office was unable to see me as today is a Saturday. I checked Novant Health here on Main Street and I do not regret it. From Angel with her inviting smile greeting me when I came into the lobby to Mercedes taking me back and getting my vitals and making me calm down as I have PTSD and doctor offices always make me nervous. Called in advance for Dot Drug screen. Came in and had to wait 40 minutes before they asked me who to bill. Mind me there was 2 people there. Then sat another 35 minutes as they figured out who to bill when I have all my legal employer paperwork provided from the start. Reception lady clearly doesn’t know what she is doing.
