I originally gave this place a 5 star review due to the experience within the location. However, after paying my $80 copay and then receiving a bill in the mail for another $134.47, my satisfaction was short-lived. I wasn't informed about any other charges coming, nor that the lab test was going to have another $224 cost billed to the ins co. I feel they're inflating their fees b/c my research showed that this test should likely be around $80. So now a simple office visit is going to cost me $214 and mind you, this is WITH i... read more
In the past I had very good things to say about this place. I love that you can make an appointment online ahead of time which was great for my puking toddler. All the staff was friendly and accommodating today until we saw the doctor. Well actually she was nurse practitioner. I was there with my 4 kids and husband since I couldn’t get there myself and some of my kids were having stomach bug symptoms and I was miserable the whole time to just be told AND after spending $150 for the visit that just rest and hydrate. I like this place. The employees were all friendly and professional, the place is very clean, spacious, and bright, and it has a relaxed easy feel. That's what I like in a doctor's office! My wife came here last night, and now I'm here the following morning. The only unsatisfactory quality of this place is it takes a very long time to be seen by the doctor. I was seen last Friday and I saw dr black was very helpful indeed gave me the treatment and medication that I needed to get well .
All staff and Dr. Michael Black were caring and polite. Dr. Black was concerned and explained my medical condition in full detail. Thank you all.
