I have bronchitis went to Novant urgent care and they were wonderful. It was the Monday after the snow storm and I was seen within 30 minutes. All the staff was very pleasant. It took very good care of me.
We’ve been here twice now. This type of urgent care is very hard to find, these days. The wait was minimal, although I try not to judge an urgent care or ER on that, I am a nurse, large volume equals wait time, no getting around that. The staff are genuinely friendly and don’t act like they hate their job, nor do they treat people as a burden. We saw a NP and a physician, both were great listeners and engaged.
