Went to Doctors Care June 12. Had culture done that never came back. I had to have surgery because of infection. Called to get results after 7 days. Nurse hung up and refused to find out about culture even though hospitalist requested it. Turns out my information was not submitted correctly on culture and form to have Quest complete the culture not completed until after the culture was no good.
