First of all don’t believe the ratings and reviews with 5 stars. Those people are friends or family of the employees. So 3 people in the waiting room on arrival. An hour and a half before finally getting called back. Came in with chest pains and a bad cough I can’t get to break up with plenty of wheezing breaths. Been here an hr for a drug screen. Just to be told there’s one provider and one nurse! Tell ppl that when they walk in! Never coming here again!

My experience at this location was very unprofessional. The front desk staff member, Cassidy, entered my insurance incorrectly, told me it was “invalid,” and charged my card $199 for a visit. When I asked for a printout, it showed a completely different ID number that didn’t match mine at all. Instead of apologizing, she brushed it off and claimed it was an “ID verification number.” Another staff member later discovered she hadn’t even entered my name in the system.
