Literally Sent My Medication To The Wrong Pharmacy And Told Me They Sent It To My Pharmacy I Stood In Line For Medication That Wasn’t Even There .
Was there this morning at 9am to have .you 3 year old looked. The MA that took my son back introduced herself and did a good job. She took us to the room and then a "provider"...and I use that term very loosely, came in the room. All she said was hello and whats going on today. Did not introduce herself. I proceed to let her know what was wrong with my baby. She stated that she wanted to take a look. While I got my baby on the bed, she stepped in closer. She did not grab a pair of gloves. I was able to get seen in very short order. Jesica at the front desk was courteous, helpful and empathetic. The nurse was quick to get my vitals and the doc (PA) was super nice and helpful. Overall I’m very happy with the care I got here!
