This is the worse medical place ever. They don't know what they are doing. They take a patient and charge me for the exam, and right after they tell you we are not going to perform it and what amaze me it was that they refuse to give me my money until next day. They are unprepared, ignorant, rude and the worse they charge me and then refused to do the service they promised. Waste of time, be careful read review before go there surely you are going to be disappointed.
Complete disregard for personal and private information combined with an awful lack of proper communication makes this place a straight up red flag for any type of medical care. 3x received someone else paperwork with ALL of their info and when it was finally time to the right one for the person whose HIPPA authorizes me picking it up suddenly that person has to sign it. Worst doctor care visit ever...what is the purpose of online check in if you still got to wait over a hour when you get here😵 i checked it at 11:29 online then they sent a message be here in 30 mins at 12:29...we got here at 12:55. we didn't get called back to see the doctor until 2. Have real doctors that actually care about their patients!!!!!! Very unhappy about how I was treated after getting stiches in my hand here. Being told I didn't have an Infected cut, and that there were no more stitches left. Three weeks later my husband had to pull 6 different pieces of stitches out of it. I will never return and I will never reccomend this doctor to anyone. I have the right mind to get my lawyer involved.
Doctor supposedly sent in my prescriptions to CVS after I asked it to be sent to Walgreens. It's after hours now and no meds. I want my money back. Sent it to the wrong CVS. Across town. Got it transferred. Next time I'm getting a paper copy.
They get as many people in and out as possible ~ they don’t care about YOU the paying patients!!!! I was told on my 1st trip there if you don’t feel any better in a couple of days come back~ I feel as lousy as I did when I first came so I go back only to be told just don’t take the medicine WE prescribed you, you’re all better😯 Then ask who my primary doctor was like IF I had a primary doctor I would be there.....BUT you better believe I WILL have one soon as I will NEVER give them another dime!!!
Absolutely awful place. They are supposed to help people? I think the guy working the McDonalds drive thru cares more about people. People are nothing but $ to these people. They don’t care if you drop dead as long as you pay up front. Place should be shut down.
Great people, very nice and professional! I'll see them for all my Med needs!
