The negative: complete lack of communication. I made an appointment a week ago to get help from the health insurance guide team. I registered just like they said I should and got a confirmation that I had an in person appointment for 1pm. I arrive to the clinic only to find out no one on the health insurance team is at the office to see me and that my appointment was canceled.
