Great clinic, clean, streamlined, and supportive. Shout out to Dr. John Gale. He's the first doctor I've met who followed up with me personally. Spent time helping me select a product from Amazon, and you can tell he GENUINELY CARES for his patients. Thankful to have him on my care team.
If your insurance is finicky about general visits vs. problem-oriented visits don't go here. Went in explicitly asking for a general visit and they swapped and billed it as a problem oriented visit ($337). I filled them in on medical history and asked for a refills of a prescription. After talking with their team turns out ONLY cancer screenings, vaccinations and pap smear are covered by general visit. Wish that would have been mentioned when I scheduled or even during the visit. Just wanted to say to all the good people out there that going to this place for care isn't a good or best idea for anyone. Reason is I was a client and believe me going there, wasn't always a welcome place to go when you were in need of health or just getting a check up because there are people there that don't know what they are doing for instance I went in for blood work and the nurse poked me 6 times and couldn't do it right the first time.and also if you have a opinion on something or if you are having a bad day the sta... read more
The doctor's office is so comfortable and polite. My doctor Rachel is very punctual patient understanding information and caring I'm a native of Colorado. I'm 42 years old and have never had a doctor this interested in making sure I was healthy. 😇
