I would rate this a 0, but I can’t. Waited 2 hours for the doctor to see me for 2 mins. He didn’t even tell me what I had, just prescribed me meds and sent me on my way. I will never once go back to this place again. Waste of time. Nice people, but 2 hours for 4 people?

I appreciate this place and the concern they have for patients. What I don't appreciate is their billing service sending me a bill saying final notice when I never got a first and threatening to debit my . On file charge card without my permission for an amount that my blue cross is showing has been paid .stop it.
Why does the Doctors Care on Augusta Road always have their on line check in turned off when all the other locations are on? Although I really don’t see the point of using the online check in. Even if the site tells you to come at 1:30pm, you still wait for 1 1/2 hours because they take everyone who came before you first. No different than if I just decided to go at that time. Why is using online check in beneficial?
Did not even get seen the receptionist was so nasty and I just told her to take my name off the list and left!
Almost 4 hour wait with maybe 10 people total come through. Simple sports physical that they spent less than 10 minutes doing.
I've been waiting since BEFORE 10am. Still here. It's 6 after 11am. I am beyond pissed, I honestly think they've forgotten about me.
