We had a very bad experience at the Carolina Forest location. Saw Dr Vandergriff and was treated for a illness that I didn’t even have which ultimately sent me to the hospital for four days ! Talk about a bad experience. 😞very sad when a doctor doesn’t even call you back when you call and let them know your not getting any better. That just tells me they really don’t care about their patients at all! I would never use this clinic at all!! Very disappointing 😠

First of all I had to see an Intern. It was VERY OBVIOUS that he had no idea what he was doing, especially when he was "attempting" to look in my ears. When the Dr came in, he didn't let me talk, listen, or care about my concerns!!! The reason for my visit was because I have bronchitis and I was also pretty sure I had an ear infection, which I've been getting for over 30 years. and I also used to work in the medical field for over 20 years so I have the knowledge and don't put up with the BS!!!!
