Dr Vandergriff was very unprofessional in the way he treated me today! I had to ask him to not yell at me. Very rude and uncaring! I will never go to Dr. Vandergriff !! I will say that Crystal and Ms Rachel Dorr were very nice to me, thank god for them!

Dr v is unprofessional, rude and condescending. I’ve never been made to feel like less of a human than I was today. I do not recommend, and will make sure everyone I know hears about this terrible experience. Unbelievable.
They advertise that they provide primary care but what they don't tell you is that you will pay the urgent care co-pay irregardless. If this is not misleading and unethical I don't know what would be. Today's appointment for my wife was a followup. She was ushered in to a nasty exam room. The person who was attending to her acted as though they were medicated themselves. A complete 180 degree turn from her previous visit which made her think she would like this facility to be her primary care facility.
Dr Vandergriff is a fine doctor and his staff is excellent
Dr. Vandergriff told my wife on Sat. that he did not ever want to see her in there again with the sniffles.She went to her primary doctor today who diagnosed her with bronchitis.Totally unprofessional demeanor on his part.And don't worry doctor V. neither one of us will ever come to see you again.
