Came here with child and was not triaged. Asked about walk ins and was turned away without any further questioning. Wouldn’t bring my child here again.Receptionists seemed more concerned about finishing their chat vs helping

This place has a receptionist who likes to send multiple appointment confirmations when the doctor has called in sick and also seems to enjoy loudly berating their patients for ‘showing up’ to confirmed appointments when she is the one in the wrong. The doctors are fine, thus the two stars. The receptionists representing them are incompetent and rude.

Amazing and very professional staffs. Highly recommend Dr Alam. I had my bloods done at Doctors at Prestons and found the Phlebotomists really great at her work. Very professional and accommodating.
