Go somewhere else please. Stop hiring young receptionists with long lashes shirty attitude and no friendliness or communication skills whatsoever. The nurse there for clinical labs is just as worse. Wouldn’t stop sniffling, wore gloves to get my medicare card and used her glove to wipe her nose. On top of that she used both of my arms to draw blood claiming it is good and jabbed both my arms and said oh i don’t know why blood isn’t coming out. So unprofessional! And thank you for the unneeded bruising!!!!!!
I can't thank Dr Rekha Sharma enough for the care and attention she gave me. From the moment I stepped into her room, she made me feel heard and understood. She truly took the time to listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed or like just another number. Her gentle and compassionate approach put me at ease, and it's because of her quick thinking and professional judgment that I ended up in hospital just in time — where I stayed for 6 days. Came here with child and was not triaged. Asked about walk ins and was turned away without any further questioning. Wouldn’t bring my child here again.Receptionists seemed more concerned about finishing their chat vs helping

This place has a receptionist who likes to send multiple appointment confirmations when the doctor has called in sick and also seems to enjoy loudly berating their patients for ‘showing up’ to confirmed appointments when she is the one in the wrong. The doctors are fine, thus the two stars. The receptionists representing them are incompetent and rude.
