my daughter was sick and had a swab test on 24/9/26, didnt get any results. They sent the results a month after saying that my daughter had covid. It’s almost a month too late, today is 23/10/26 , they just sent the results today and they sent me to book an urgent appointment? what the hell. are they on drugs? the results are useless now. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
I’ve had a really positive experience with Dr At Prestons. The staff are genuinely caring, approachable, and always make you feel welcome. Good Medical practice. Dr. Alam is fantastic and always takes time to explain things & gives the opportunity for questions. The website should be updated with opening hours noting from 8AM per sign on the door. It helps if I need to head out early.
I would like to thank the staff at reception and Dr. Md Eftekharuddin for arranging time for my child even though we didn't have an appointment. They were kind, considerate, and their behavior was calming for us
