Good Medical practice. Dr. Alam is fantastic and always takes time to explain things & gives the opportunity for questions. The website should be updated with opening hours noting from 8AM per sign on the door. It helps if I need to head out early.

I would like to thank the staff at reception and Dr. Md Eftekharuddin for arranging time for my child even though we didn't have an appointment. They were kind, considerate, and their behavior was calming for us

I want to share my experience at Doctors at Prestons to alert others, especially those with elderly family members. During a recent appointment for a referral, my mother faced an uncomfortable situation with Dr. Eftekharuddin. While discussing her medications, the doctor expressed frustration when my mother couldn't recall the exact dosage of one prescription. My experience at this clinic has been extremely disappointing. The GPs seem more focused on rushing patients through the door than providing genuine care. Appointments feel like they last barely five to ten minutes, and there’s very little communication or interest in understanding the patient’s concerns. It comes across as a place that prioritises bulk billing turnover rather than proper medical attention. I left feeling unheard and unsupported, and I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality healthcare.
