Took a 3 year old for a blood test. Was told to wait over an hour and then the stupid nurse kept jabbing numerous times and making her bleed and afterwards said she can’t do children! After an hour wait and being jabbed on both arms!! This place needs to be shut down. The child is now traumatised.
Go somewhere else please. Stop hiring young receptionists with long lashes shirty attitude and no friendliness or communication skills whatsoever. The nurse there for clinical labs is just as worse. Wouldn’t stop sniffling, wore gloves to get my medicare card and used her glove to wipe her nose. On top of that she used both of my arms to draw blood claiming it is good and jabbed both my arms and said oh i don’t know why blood isn’t coming out. So unprofessional! And thank you for the unneeded bruising!!!!!!
I can't thank Dr Rekha Sharma enough for the care and attention she gave me. From the moment I stepped into her room, she made me feel heard and understood. She truly took the time to listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed or like just another number. Her gentle and compassionate approach put me at ease, and it's because of her quick thinking and professional judgment that I ended up in hospital just in time — where I stayed for 6 days. Came here with child and was not triaged. Asked about walk ins and was turned away without any further questioning. Wouldn’t bring my child here again.Receptionists seemed more concerned about finishing their chat vs helping
