Where do I begin? 5 stars aren't enough for MDS Woodland Hills facility and staff! I have been coming here for over 20 years and even after moving 4 hours away, I wouldn't consider another spa. I’ve been coming to MDS Medical Spa for the past two years, and every treatment I’ve had left me completely satisfied. The spa is always clean, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The staff are friendly, professional, and caring. They did a horrible job for coolsculpting on my arms. They looked better before now they’re all uneven and my underarms are different. I did 2 then went back for a 3rd to make it look better and it didn’t. Total rip off didn’t try and help you can look and tell. Don’t know what they’re doing
Karla at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The office is spotless and very well-maintained. Eleanor was patient, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made me feel at ease throughout the process. Highly recommend!
